LOCCAM® was developed to optimise the output of your thermoforming process, increase part quality and thus ensure high precision and quality in the forming process. Material savings of up to 8% are possible thanks to the sophisticated LOCCAM® system.
During (deep) drawing operations, LOCCAM® mechanically maintains the distance between the sheet holder and the flexible hold-down device, thereby preventing deformation when the component is opened and ejected. With its compact size and high permissible forces, LOCCAM® is a reliable system that successfully replaces controlled gas springs and other technologies.
