Its roots lie in voestalpine Camtec GmbH, which was founded in the 1980s as part of the voestalpine Group. From the very beginning, the focus was on developing high-quality slide and slide solutions for tool and mold making—especially for the international automotive industry.
A new era began with the takeover of the Camtec Group by Lacher Gruber Holding in Frankenmarkt in 2024. The combination of technical expertise, manufacturing competence, and innovative strength has created a company that meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency.
