Spare parts available quickly and globally
Our cam units are designed for a long service life and consist of only a few spare parts. However, if you do need a replacement due to a cam unit failure, we offer fast response times and deliver a replacement cam units reliably and quickly within 24 to 48 hours. Individual spare parts are available for all cam unit from Lacher Camtec GmbH.
Precision machining
Precise and economical
In preparation for the mounting of blades, punches, form jaws and other elements, work surfaces are processed based on your CAD data:
- Threading
- High-precision drilling
- Milling
This makes it possible to mountthe cam unit directly in the tool, thus avoiding additional worksteps such as dismounting,machining, refinishing or cleaning.
We offer standard preprocessing of the cam unit work surfaces as well as extended preprocessing possibilities. With some cam units there is also the option of milling off the driver tip in order to reduce the transfer height. Please find more information in our folder. Do you have specific requirements? We manufacture custom cams tailored precisely to your needs—based on proven standard components. Our design department will review your request immediately and prepare a quote with a part number according to your specifications. Upon request, we can also provide a 3D CAD model (CATIA V5, other formats available upon request) and finishing. This saves you the time and effort of designing your own solution.
