– First and last name of contact person(s)
– VAT number
– Company address
– Telephone number and email address
– Payment information
– IP address and technical access data (e.g. browser, device, time)

This data is used exclusively for the fulfilment of the contract, to process your order and for customer service.

4. Disclosure of data

Your data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (e.g. shipping service providers, payment service providers, IT providers) or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU without your express consent.

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. Business documents are stored for at least 7 years in accordance with § 132 BAO (Federal Tax Code) and § 212 UGB (Commercial Code).

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
